Huiler un plateau allant au four puis disposer dessus une feuille de papier sulfurisé (pour éviter aux ghoribas de coller après la cuisson). Former des boules de la grosseur d'une noix puis les rouler dans le sucre glace avant de disposer sur la plaque beurrée.
